Refund & Returns Policy

1. Our Return & Refund Policy

As a small, independent store, we currently do not support returns or refunds as a standard practice. We take great care in packaging and quality-checking every order before it ships, and we appreciate your understanding as we grow.

That said, we genuinely care about your experience. If you believe there is a valid concern with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right on a case-by-case basis.

2. Exceptions We May Consider

We may review requests in situations such as:

  • Item received is significantly damaged or defective.
  • Order delivered does not match what was placed.

Each case is reviewed individually and a resolution, which may include a partial or full refund, store credit, or replacement. This will be determined at our discretion after assessment.

3. How to Reach Us

  1. Email support@catnip.in with your order ID, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.
  2. We will review your message and get back to you within 3–5 business days.
  3. If we determine a resolution is warranted, we will communicate the next steps directly.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are marked as Processing. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Contact support@catnip.in as soon as possible.
